What I did to create these two photos was that I brought up multiple photos of different areas that I took pictures in photoshop then I brought in every single photo one by one over lapping one another to form one image.

I chose Vogue Magazine because I like their type of aesthetic on how they create their covers to make it fresh. I chose a portrait of myself in a red knitted sweater to emulate Vogue Magazine and added titles to make it realistic. I used three different types of font styles and I don't remember the names of them, But the colors I used for them were black and white because white stood out the most to me and it fitted the theme of what I wanted it to be, that goes for the color black also. My setup for this photo is that I sat on a stool and pulled my knee to my chest while twisting my body towards the camera. I then took my photo in photoshop and used the quick selection tool around my body then refine edge and changed the background to this rusty red color that I desired.
A Strobe Light or stroboscopic lamp, commonly called a strobe, is a device used to produce regular flashes of light. I would use this type of light during a photo shoot indoors where its dark. A modeling light is to allow a photographer to visually a sense of the lighting effect the flash, when it fires, will create. I would use this if I want to have a specific type of flash lighting on the model. A softbox is nothing more than a light modifier and it diffuses the light into a pleasing soft, even light. I would use this for portraits and close ups. A reflector is a piece of glass, metal, or other material for reflecting light in a required direction. I would use this if I want extra vibrance or light on someones face. A gray card is a flat object of a neutral gray color that derives from a flat reflectance spectrum. I would use this to correct the lighting for any photo shoot. 1. Aged Photo

This image was taken at a creek next to my high school, which is commonly referred as the duck pond. The compositional rule that was used is emphasis because the way she is posed and the vibrant color coming from the sunglasses brings it out. The camera lens that I used was The Nikon D5300 18-140mm lens. I used photo shop cc & cs6 to edit this photo. I mostly used the dropper tool and brush tool to paint down strokes on the face and hair. I then painted the background a baby pink color and changed the background to difference to create that tie dye effect. My photo is in the division digital painting & illustration because I wanted to do something different than just taking a photo and changing the effect. The song that I chose to fit the description of the photo was "chained to the rhythm" by Katy Perry. The small piece of song was "Are we crazy? Living our lives through a lens, trapped in our white-picket fence, like ornaments, so comfortable we live a bubble, a bubble, so comfortable we cannot see the trouble, the trouble". They both relate to each other because I personally think that when the lyrics say "living our lives through a lens" it makes me think that we like to see different perspectives of the world and live of of that. Also the part where it says "so comfortable we live in a bubble, a bubble, so comfortable we cannot see the trouble, the trouble" it tells me that in the past sentence that we live off of different perspectives of the world, by living in a "bubble" means that sometimes we seclude ourselves from the outside world and avoid the problems so that we don't have to interfere with them. I only used one image and it is mine. What I did in photo shop is that I brought up the original photo and created a new layer and from their I put it as overlay then Started using the eye dropper tool to pick up a certain color and then clicking the paint brush tool and just stroking down the face to create that paint like drip effect. Once I was done with that I painted the background a type of baby pink color and changed the setting to a "difference" effect and thats how I still got the back my original background and her sweater but in a pink hue effect.
